We are a place of involvement.

Our classes are small, yet we are always learning. Our teachers take the learning needs of each child as a challenge. Each student is given a chance to learn through books, picture, movement, and hands on lessons. The classroom is place to grow in knowledge and self-confidence in every subject.

Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn
Benjamin Franklin

Each little failure becomes a chance to offer our students more learning experiences until only the celebrations of learning remain.

Central to each classroom teaching is the opportunity to weave God’s love for his creation and children into the content. Zion is the place where everyone is gifted with God’s richest blessings and the opportunity to become life-long learners.

Fast Direct is a school information system that is used by staff, students, and parents for attendance, report cards, and online grade books. You can also view the lunch menu shown on a calendar.

A buzz word that stands for Science, Engineering, Technology and Math.  STEM is geared to encourage students rather than memorizing science content students should experience the different areas of science.

Our students participate in the Northwestern Education Assessment three times yearly. These scores are used by teachers to plan individualized content for each student and used to measure and inspire growth in learning for our students.

Fast Direct

School information system and personalized support program

FastDirect Communications provides a school information system and personalized support program to help Catholic and Lutheran schools. We take pride in delivering the support you need to accomplish your goals and to focus on your passion for educating the whole child.

Curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics

An exciting after school activity that is a good fit with our STEM program is our Robotics Club. Students learn how to build and manipulate robots for area competition. Our club is open to other area Lutheran Schools.

Assessment solutions that precisely measure growth and proficiency

NWEA partners with educators to help all children learn. This helps us determine what our students need in the classroom so they can realize their potential by following their passion and have the ability to shape their future.
